Verifying OmniChannel reports data

It is a very common situation, when the the daily data received from SDP via email (“Order Number” column) is different from the data provided by OmniChannel reports.

This happens because some of conversions (subscriptions) made by OmniChannel are considered by SDP as Reordered and thus they are shown in “Reorder number” column)

The steps below are describing how to verify if the data provided by OmniChannel is correct:

  1. Login to OmniChannel portal

  2. Select “Client Stats” section

  3. Export the list of MSISDNs activated your promoted services for the required period of time as described here

  4. Check the your local database of subscribers against the downloaded list of MSISDNs. All of them should be present in your local database.
